Tesla Recruiting · Megapack recruiting film
A recruiting film for the Megapack team, released by Tesla Recruiting as Megapack 3 ramped at Megafactory Texas. It pairs interviews from the factory floor with field footage of Megapacks deployed at scale.
Tesla Recruiting wanted engineers and technicians to see what building Megapack actually looks like, both the factory and the finished product in the field, in a piece that could live natively on X.
Supplied Megapack 3 deployment footage shot for the program, framed so it would intercut with the factory-floor interviews and read at social sizes.
