Tesla · Megapack 3 deployment film
Tesla's flagship Megapack film follows utility-scale battery storage from the factory floor to the grid. The closing sequences, where Megapack 3 units are craned into place and connected on site, are the footage I shot.
The deployment story needed real Megapack 3 units in the field, not renders, captured on an active construction site with crane lifts, crews, and safety windows that don't wait for a camera.
Planned the shoot around the crew's lift schedule and exclusion zones, then captured the install sequence (rigging, lift, set, connection) with coverage that could cut cleanly into Tesla's existing edit and grade.
The Megapack 3 install footage closes the published film on Tesla's YouTube channel, the first public look at Megapack 3 being deployed.
