Nailor needed one film that could explain its manufacturing capability and culture to two very different audiences, prospective customers and prospective employees, without feeling like a brochure.
Planned a facility shoot around live production, combined drone and floor footage with employee interviews and product showcases, and edited it into a single narrative with a clear through-line.
