About

Storyteller first. Producer by trade.

I'm Ethan Pascual, a video producer based in Houston, Texas, currently producing for Tesla's Megapack team. For the past five-plus years I've pointed cameras at the people who build, make, and heal: welders on a factory floor, researchers explaining their work in their own words, crews energizing a battery site before sunrise. The deliverables have ranged from training series and product films to launch and recruiting films, but the job underneath is always the same. Find the human story inside technical work, and tell it honestly.

That instinct shows up in everything I make: interview-driven stories, films that earn their footage on location, and a habit of waiting for the unscripted moment. I shoot on Sony and Nikon systems in RAW, S-Log, and N-Log, cut and grade in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere, and still pay attention to how a piece lands once it's out in the world.

What I do

01

Find the story

Research the subject, talk to the people who live it, and write the script, interview questions, or storyboard. Then schedule around production floors and clinics and keep SMEs, stakeholders, and crew aligned from kickoff to delivery.

02

Shoot

Documentary and field cinematography on Sony and Nikon systems in RAW, S-Log, and N-Log. Multi-camera interviews, live broadcasts, on-set lighting and audio, and run-and-gun work on active job sites.

03

Shape it in the edit

DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro for the cut and grade, After Effects for motion graphics. The story gets found again in the edit, with templates and workflows that make the next film faster than the last.
